RETURN POLICY:
We want to make your buying experience at f-script.com enjoyable. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item purchased, we are more than willing to meet your needs with a refund or exchange. All sales are NEVER final. All customers have 45 days to return or exchange items. Refunds will be issued the same way they were paid (either credit card or credit through promo codes). Unfortunately, we do not accept returned merchandise that has been washed, worn or altered.
RETURNS PURCHASED THROUGH PROMOCODES/SPECIAL OFFERS
Online promotion discounts are applied and distributed across all eligible items in your purchase. If you return a portion of your purchase a portion of the discount may be be lost.
RETURN FORM & PROTOCOL:
Every order is shipped with a Return Form. You can also access our printable Return Form here. Please fill out the form completely and enclose it with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure to indicate if you would prefer to receive a refund, or make an exchange for another size, color, or item. Use the return-codes to provide us with the reason for your return. If you are exchanging a product, the exchange section of the form must be filled out properly. Return-forms filled out with incorrect or missing exchange information may delay your exchange.
Packaging your items for returns:
Step 1: Place your items and completed Return Form in a secure package removing or covering any labels.

SHIPPING FEES ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
INCORRECT ORDERS:
In the event an order is shipped with incorrect or defected items, f-script.com will issue a printable return-shipping-label to the customer via email. It is the customer's responsibility to request a return-shipping-label and ship back the order within 365 days of the original invoice date. Return-shipping-labels can be obtained by emailing us atshipping@f-script.com or by calling us at 1-808-695-0963 (be sure to have your order# ready when calling). Once we receive the package, we will correct the order and ship it back to the customer at no additional cost.
EXCHANGES:
In the event the customer requests to exchange their original order, or a portion of their original order for different items; the customer is responsible for all return-shipping fees. Once we receive the package, we will exchange your items and ship them back to you at no additional cost.
REFUNDS:
In the event a refund is requested, it will be issued minus original shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return.
• Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card
statement.
• Special offers may be subject to reduction by a return/exchange or cancellation.
LABEL DISCLAIMER- SLASHING AND REMOVING TAGS
Manufacturers that make private label garments are sometimes required to remove the brand label entirely before selling the garment to our company. A second label with a size and washing instructions will always remain on the garment.
The red or black line that sometimes appears on certain labels is the manufacturer’s way of designating the item as a closeout. This also is intended to prevent a retail customer from returning the item for full retail price to the store where it was originally sold.
