According to some exchanges, you can earn cash through tasks specified by the owner. For some reason, that payout seems to be cutting the poor penny into pieces. You are not being misled, just convinced that the cash you receive is worth anything.
There could be a task for surfing, thereby earning a cash reward as a bonus. Another could be a compensation for referrals, or reading a solo ad. This is just to name a few, but much more ways to earn cash offered by these exchanges exist.
Here’s the catch: Many of them give you a part of a penny, which is still cash, but with no value. Others will give you a whole penny to a few cents for clicking or reading ads, but the ads are limited.
Now if you ask me as a Traffic Exchange owner, the cash rewards are set by the TE owner themselves and can either break the bank of that owner or make their pockets a little fatter.
If you are going to offer cash rewards, explain how the cash is dispersed instead of hyping up the
money in your face
pitch and cannot deliver.
I myself, use the whole penny method and is paid right to the members Paypal account upon request. Simple math, Simple accounting period.
With this in mind, I hope the all members use their common sense wisely to notice the over hyped pitch being marketed to us as a Ca$h incentive. A whole penny ($0.01) is a penny, but a tenth of a penny ($0.001) is really no money at all.
Sad to say that most of these hyped pitches comes out of the syndicated exchanges who join hands with each other to monopolize the exchange industry. I don’t think all are pitching the same hype, but actions are so much more louder than words. So to avoid any payouts, a new hook has been created by offering badges as replacements or matching a series of icons for a reward. Now how cool is that?
If the exchange is offering a cash reward, by all means go for it, but pay close attention to the value of the reward.
Just remember that you are still advertising your site to get signups, branding, traffic visitors or affiliate marketing, which is your number one goal.
The value of a cash reward represents the owner’s value of their members!
An “Avatar” is the graphical representation of the user or the user’s alter ego or character.
We have a profile section where you can upload an avatar to your profile page. Your avatar is used for Downline purposes and Private Messaging.
We will not display your avatar on our surfbar to match your promoted site. The reason is a simple one: As users promote sites to build a downline or an affiliate link as in ClickBank, that link could be altered to refer under someone else, or someone may place your face to a program and say, Nay..! I don’t want to sign-up under that guy.
This is not the case with all avatars as most users rather use a photo of themselves, which we respect with the highest regards.

Rotators randomly or in sequence, displays different sites using one URL.
We don’t allow rotators, because there is a very bad security risk in having them rotate through an exchange system.
Although a person has legitimate sites loaded in these rotators during the first verification, the site within the rotator can be changed by the user without having it re-verified.
Some may think that you’ll have to go back to the place you got the rotator and re-verify when they changed a site or add a new one. And of course! This is how it suppose to be done, but what if the user has a page where they can make changes to the content? Then you don’t have to waste time re-verifying.
Why is this a bad thing? Here are some things to consider:
It is very convenient to assign credits to just one URL instead of placing site after site to every exchange that is used to promote your sites, which is true. But now there is another problem of trying to report a bad site in the rotation. The admin has to verify the report findings. Depending on the amount of sites in the rotator, he could take hours trying to find which site within the rotator is causing a problem, and if found, the next step is to stop or pause that URL. Now all sites within the rotator is now on hold because of one site. Guess who has to fix it, then re-submit it to resume rotation through the system.
We rather make sure all members are safe from these risks, so we don’t allow them yet..!
The gap of each generation is growing distance apart at an alarming rate beyond your imagination. You can look around and notice that people are not as friendly anymore and it’s becoming more impossible to expect someone to say “Good Day” to you.

The mention of the “Good Old Days” is like an ON switch that activates their senses immediately, where there is no end to the memories they once had. Now they are stuck in that error for good.
It’s sad to say that once you are stuck in this condition, there is no longer a learning desire or the desire to advance to future advancements. There is no age limit in learning, none!
We are told to go to school and get a good education to work for someone else to have a good life. Learning is a continuing process and does not end after academic completion.
In reality, the future will not wait for you to catch up, but is available for you to participate in the outcome!

How is it, that a few are standing up for the arrest of this gang, when others are afraid to talk or do anything about it. That’s because Terrorism creates FEAR and those who go along with the lies being told are just as much a part of this criminal act.
You have to wonder; How long and how many Presidents have been involved in lying, stealing, cheating the American citizens?
